Through our Immersion program, we provide the resources and support for you to contribute to grassroots development projects. You will live in a community and become part of a local initiative that has an expressed need for volunteers. You will have the opportunity to put your energy and skills into practice, and to share your experiences and ideas with others.

As you interact with locals in your day-to-day work, you will come to view your hosting community not as an abstract place behind a media headline but as a set of faces and life stories. You will confront difficult realities, but also find fulfillment in becoming an agent for positive change. As your experience unfolds, perhaps you will even realize that the greatest impact you make lies not in the results of your work but in the way you see the world.
